In striving to create a robust business climate within our region, the Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce serves as a an advocate for business and civic interests within our communities. We are a private, 501 (c) (6) not-for-profit business membership association. The chamber is an action-oriented organization dedicated to serving the needs of our businesses and community as a whole. With many networking activities, educational seminar offerings, and promotional opportunities, our member companies capitalize on the contacts and resources provided by the chamber.

Flex Dollars
As part of your membership, you will receive a set amount of flexible spending dollars that can be applied toward promotional opportunities in our monthly networking events, our signature events and digital ads, giving you the freedom to choose the opportunities that best align with your business goals.

*For core members that signed up prior to 8/13/2026, they can opt in to the new core membership ahead of their scheduled renewal by paying the $100 price difference. All members Collaborators and above, benefits go into effect immediately.

Ribbon Cuttings
Your Chamber membership includes the opportunity to host a ribbon cutting event for your business, whether you're celebrating a grand opening, reopening, or a special anniversary. These events are a fantastic way to showcase your business, connect with the community, and gain valuable exposure. Ribbon cuttings are scheduled Tuesday through Thursday from 5:30PM to 7:00PM. If you're interested in planning your event, please reach out to our Event Coordinator for more details, we’d love to help you celebrate!
Ribbon Cutting Cost:
Ribbon cuttings are included with the Collaborator, Leaders, Partners & Allies memberships. Core Members may still host a ribbon cutting for an additional fee of $250. This package includes the ribbon cutting ceremony, a Facebook Live broadcast of the ribbon-cutting moment, and a photo to commemorate the occasion.
Ribbon Cutting Video Reel:
Core and Collaborator members may enhance their ribbon cutting experience with a professionally produced social media reel for an additional $500. This package also includes a Facebook Live broadcast of the ribbon-cutting moment and commemorative photos from the event.
Partners and Allies members receive this premium media package as part of their membership benefits at no additional cost.
Disclaimer & Benefit Usage Policy
Businesses that purchased a service tier under the prior administration are entitled to continue using the benefits associated with that tier, subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Access to new benefits will be granted only after a business has renewed its agreement under the updated terms.
Benefit availability is not automatic. To utilize any benefits, businesses must contact our team directly to request and schedule usage. All benefit requests must be submitted with a minimum of two (2) months’ advance notice to allow for proper planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
