The Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce proudly present the inaugural Central Winds Music Picnic Festival!
Presented by AdventHealth, this family-friendly celebration brings the community together for a day of music, food, and fun — all with a charming Picnic Theme! The first 1,000 attendees will receive a complimentary Picnic Basket, filled with everything you need for the perfect outdoor experience. Inside, you'll find coupons for local food vendors, promotional goodies, and all the essentials to enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the lawn with friends and family, while listening to live music.
We’re also thrilled to introduce our first-ever Battle of the Bands! Cheer on talented local artists as they compete for the title of Best Band — all while you relax and enjoy your picnic under the Florida sun.
Enjoy an exciting lineup of live music across multiple genres, indulge in delicious bites from local food trucks, browse local vendor booths, and take part in activities for all ages.

Picnic Kit Levels*
This year, we are introducing a Picnic Kit, which serves as a cross-marketing initiative designed to enhance both brand engagement and community experience.
As part of this initiative, we will be distributing 1,000 branded picnic baskets or bags to the first 1,000 families who arrive at the festival. These kits will include picnic-themed items such as blankets, branded tumblers, coupons and other useful giveaways, making them both practical and memorable. As a valued sponsor, you'll have the opportunity to provide an item for these picnic kits featuring your logo and branding. It’s a unique way to create strong visibility and positive brand association while connecting directly with local families attending the event.
Let everyone see your brand as they walk around the festival! You'll provide a picnic basket or bag, with your logo / branding, designed to hold multiple items suited for a picnic.Â

What does every good picnic need? A blanket to relax on! Provide the blankets for the picnic baskets and have your brand displayed all across the festival!

What's an essential to Florida residents? Ice cold water! Provide promotional tumblers / cups that will be inside each of the picnic baskets. As soon as someone reaches to take a sip, everyone will see your beautiful brand / logo!
